I have been practicing psychotherapy for 20 years. It is my privilege to be able to sit in a room and support my clients in their healing and path to better self-awareness. I believe that when therapy is done well it is a partnership between client and therapist. My clients would describe me as a supportive, compassionate, validating, and informed therapist.
Many of my clients are struggling with constant worry and feelings of sadness. Some are struggling with life challenges such as; grief & loss, divorce, career change, infertility or an adjustment to a new baby. Many are struggling with relationship or parenting issues.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 1997 from Southern Connecticut State University, I then went on and received a Master’s Degree in Social Work 1999 from Fordham University. In addition to working in private practice, I have worked at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Institute of Living in Hartford, CT, Center for Women & Families in Bridgeport, CT and Hallbrooke Behavioral Health in Westport, CT.
My family & I moved from Connecticut in 2014 and we have fallen in love with living in Chester County. When I am not working as a psychotherapist, you may find my cheering on my children in a variety of fields & courts often at the same time, chasing my two beloved but naughty dogs around, or training for my next marathon.
